Welcome to our Neck of the Woods with light filled open plan living to make the most of the forest and water views. Tas oak flooring throughout, carpets in upstairs bedroom, gas cooking, luxurious bathroom with walk in shower and split system heating and cooling (heat pump).
Wood heater adds to the charm on chilly nights and nothing to do except enjoy the peace of the bush and surrounds. 2km walk to main surf beach and 15 min drive to Port Arthur. 50 mins to Hobart Airport.

Guest access
All parts of the main house are accessible.

Other things to note
There are no main shopping centres in close proximity so if you are travelling from the airport it is a great idea to stop in Sorell to pick up some groceries before arriving. There is a small grocery store in Murdunna 10 mins from the house.

National Forest backs on to our property and the house looks over Crown Land to the water. The Pademelon will often be hopping around at dusk for a visit and the kookaburras are in abundance. From June to October you may be able to view the Southern Right whales migrating along the coast (Humpback whales May- July returning Sept - Nov).

I love the outdoors, especially the beach and the bush. I really enjoy great walks and exploring surrounds although a handy craft market is a bonus.
