New apartment with two private bedrooms with attached toilets. 4km from Paradise circle, in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities include A/C (in bed rooms only), filtered drinking water and free WIFI. A flat screen cable TV(basic channels) , fridge, microwave oven and electric kettle are also provided. Price indicated is for THE ENTIRE Apt for4 guests. Smoking and consumption of NON-VEG FOOD is NOT allowed. Our place IS NOT SUITABLE AS A POST SURGERY NURSING HOME.

We invite you to come and enjoy the scenic, quiet open terrace facing a vast green area and enjoy breakfast, yoga or simply surf the internet. Only 200 meters from our place is a vast forest area where you can spot Peacocks/birds in the morning.Our place is suitable for guests seeking quality. Welcome! Visitors not allowed into the apartment. Guests MUST submit Govt IDs of all guest by email before they check-in.

Recently, I retired as an International Airline Captain. My wife is a trained and experienced early childhood teacher. We live on the premises, and love quiet,clean and green open spaces. Being vegetarians,we enjoy eating and preparing vegetarian food from all cuisines. We are learning to grow vegetables/fruits on the premises. Guest can see and help out in our garden if they wish to. Having traveled around the world,we love hosting and interacting with people from different cultures and are passionate about becoming a good Airbnb hosts. Community service is our life motto.
