"Off-Grid" solar power get away 1hr from Melbourne CBD, Natural Victorian Bushland minutes from wineries & cafes.
Relax by the fire, play some board games, read a book, watch a DVD or go for a hike.
The land is Trust for Nature and Land for Wildlife protected and we are very close to the You Yangs for mountain biking.
Sit on the balcony, enjoy the serenity and immerse yourself in the hidden valley.
With Generator back up power.
NO WI-FI and minimal phone reception.
Helicopter landings available.

The space
Free firewood supplied for indoor and outdoor firepit
We have Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies, Echidnas, Phascogales, Lizards, Eagles, Sugar gliders etc.
The property is 'OFF-THE-GRID' so not your typical house but still has amenities such as a gas stove/oven, fridge/freezer, compost toilet and hot indoor & outdoor shower. We include a backup generator if required.
A helicopter landing pad is available. (200m walk)
Group Cabin & Camping for 15 people is also available; check our other listing - Campsites are strictly 4WD/Adventure motorcycle Access only or a short 100m walk

Guests have access to the entire 18-acre property.

Firepit, BBQ, outdoor table and chairs.

Sturdy shoes and head torches are highly recommended for walking around the property.

Board games, puzzles, books, DVD's are provided.
Washing machine available but no dryer
Not suitable for toddlers/small children.
AWD/4WD ACCESS ONLY
Registered adventure motorcycles welcome, undercover parking for motorcycles only.
Unregistered dirt bikes are not allowed.
The generator is available for backup power.
