LIVING AREAS
Lounge around the gas fireplace and the 55” flat-screen TV on the leather sectional sofa. An additional sitting area has a couch and two armchairs next to a sunny window.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and an expansive custom island with seating for three.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This one-story home sleeps 10 total in four bedrooms. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with plenty of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

Retreat to the spacious master suite, outfitted with a king bed and a fold-out twin. Watch a movie on the 43” flat-screen TV or curl up with a book on the recliners. The luxurious en-suite master bathroom includes a double vanity and a spa-like walk-in-shower.

The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a flat-screen TV.

The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. A full guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

Guests will enjoy the beauty of incredible distant mountain views on an very accessible knoll just off a main road. You will park off street at the home. There is plenty of room for several vehicles. The home is on 2 acres with a hiking trail also out the front door down to a creek. The entire home is for guest usage with towels, linens and everything needed for a self-catering great vacation in the Western North Carolina.

Other things to note
Up to 2 dogs allowed with a flat $75 fee. Dogs must be kept off of all furniture, crated or left in laundry room if left home alone, and their poo must be cleaned up from the yard throughout the visit. Keep dogs off of all furniture.

Uber, Lyft and Asheville Taxi are available from the property. Asheville Taxi has an app. Average price is $15-20 without coupons/discounts.
