Welcome to the beach! Luxurious oceanblock condo for 9-- steps from the beach with a wide open kitchen, dining and living room area perfect for entertaining and spending time with family. The location in mid-town Ocean City with convenient access to restaurants and activities makes this the perfect getaway. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old as this is a family friendly condo unit.

The space
This beach home is just steps from the ocean in a well-kept condo building. There are only 12 units in the building and amenities include 2 assigned parking spaces, ground level storage closet, elevator, private shower, and secured lobby. We have chairs and umbrellas so you can enjoy the perfect day at the beach!

Our home is large enough to host your whole family, and intimate enough to give you much desired privacy. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space and is sure to delight the cook in your family. The kitchen opens to a large dining room and a living area with a gas fireplace for year-round enjoyment. There is an oversized wraparound deck to enjoy the summer breezes.
