The studette is peaceful and quiet,with its own sunny little garden, located at the rear of a residential building with well-maintained communal gardens. The view from the studette is of uninterrupted sky since, rare for the Paris region, no buildings overlook ours.

The apartment is ideally located in a lively, upmarket town within easy reach of Paris. The apartment itself is very quiet but just in front of the building is a market place with a street market several times a week, restaurants, cafés and shops. The supermarket and a cinema which shows the latest releases in English is just outside. The River Seine is a 5 minute walk away with lovely footpaths great for running, cycling or strolling. The perfect spot for someone visiting Paris who wants a cosy and private bolt-hole with every convenience to hand. Nearby places to visit include the Ile des Impressionistes whose Maison Fournaise restaurant was immortalised in Renoir's "Luncheon of the Boating Party".
