Our beautiful home is overlooking peaceful, Lake Charm in Nth Victoria. 250 is a paradise where you can do as little or as much as you like. Close to watersports facilities, fishing, birdwatching and a great retreat for writers or artists. Comfy place for couples and solos with more family or group options available.
Downstairs is like a large, private apartment with high-end amenities. The rooms are private with a extra door in the hallway. Price is booking one queen or twin room .

The space
A luxury, modern, family home in the Kerang Lakes district. We are on a 100-acre property in country Victoria. Close to water-sports facilities, fishing, birdwatching, and a great retreat for writers or artists. A great place for families, small groups, couples, and for solos. Comfortable shared facilities with access to a swimming pool, spa, and recreational equipment for the lake and surrounds.
Two comfortable queen bedrooms and a room with two single beds are available and have access to a pool, spa, bar, games room, and the lake. The price is per room with a maximum of two guests per room. Special prices for more than one room. Children under two may share their parent's bedding. Continental breakfast. The house is only rented to one group exclusively.
Pets are welcome but any accidents are at the guest's cost. Billie our friendly Border Collie loves guests.

Guest access
The hosts will greet the guests. The down stairs area is available for guests to share with a pool table, large tv, lounge area, outdoor sitting area and bbq. The front door is shared access and hosts will bring breakfast down to the kitchenette . The redgum bar is available for use with an honesty system. There is an outdoor swimming pool, spa, shared laundry and simple kitchen, fridge, hotplate, microwave/ kettle. Recreational equipment can be organised on request. Continental breakfast included. A breakfast hamper- including eggs, croissants, home made jam and honey, fruit, yoghurt, local orange juice can be ordered before. Small and large picnic hampers can also be ordered.
