Our colourful quirky cottage is located North in Bulli and easily accessible to both Thirroul and Bulli villages.

The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath.

Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood.
Minutes from beaches, cafes and boutique bars.

The space
Adjacent to the home is a quaint garage where produce from the site, and a range of homemade jams, can be purchased through an honesty system.
To the other side of the house is access to the laundry and a shared driveway that provides pedestrian access to the rest of the block.

Guest access
The house is a one hour drive from Sydney and a 15 minute walk from the local train station.
Free on street parking is available

There is a driveway to the side of the house that provides pedestrian access to the rear of the property and this is a shared space.
