This one bedroom bed & breakfast, invites you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of sleeping on a sumptuous pillow top mattress with deluxe pillows.

You will wake up to the sounds of the parrots, maggies or galah's chirping in the trees or see the kangaroos, wallabies or even a koala in the trees.

It is situated on a boutique horse stud, surrounded by nature, and looking on the mystic Mount Buninyong a short distance for a walk, ride or drive. The Buninyong township is just down the road.

The space
The cottage is in a country location with bushland just metres away and the picturesque Mount Buninyong a short walk or drive up the road. It's a great place for getting away from the hustle & bustle and the crowds, while still being only 3 minutes from Buninyong and 15 minutes from Ballarat, should you want to go out to get food or see some of the tourist attractions in the area.

In the local Buninyong area there are;
- Local Wineries (variety of boutique wineries in the area)
- Walking & Hiking along the various nature trails in the Buninyong and Ballarat area.
- Guided interactions with our lovely horses (broodmares and young horses)
- Access to local Buninyong and Ballarat attractions including Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife Park, and the Road Cycling Championships in January/February.
- Only 3km from the Road Cycling Championship starting line should you want to train on the Mount Buninyong road circuit.
- Bush tracks behind the property for mountain bike riding (no motorbikes).

The cottage itself is self-contained with all the facilities you need to do your own cooking, should you wish to do so.

We are just on the border of a rural zone consisting mostly of pasture and cows or sheep. Most of the properties around us are 20acres in size so there's a reasonable amount of space between everyone - for privacy and quiet.

This side of Buninyong tends to be a bit cooler and greener than meaning it's very picturesque almost all of the time, with green pastures, bushland, elevated views and sometimes, even snow!

Being just off the highway and located south-east of Ballarat you have easy access to the major regional centres of Ballarat (15 minutes) and Geelong (45 minutes).
