Go joyfully and go often. Long walks along the beach at dusk can be better than medicine. It’s 200 metres to the beach via the track.

Bike/walk/run tracks
The network of paths is perfect to cycle, push a pram or wheelchair along. Access via the track directly opposite SANDS beach house. It takes you along or near the coastline of the entire Sunshine Coast - north and south of the house.

SANDS BEACH HOUSES are in a quiet enclave of Mount Coolum. SANDS TOWN HOME occupies one of the best locations in New Farm.
