Welcome to your home away from home! You will be very comfortable & safe in this fully furnished & equipped 1 BR apt with an incredible view of the city center & forest! The location is also unique as it contains a park, pools, spa, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, hair & nail salons and pharmacy all at your fingertips! Only 10 minutes by bike/car from the city center. Apt is cleaned once a week by maid (free). Washing machine & all basic amenities available! Building name: New City Thu Thiem.

The space
The apartment is clean, modern, fully equipped and design with an amazing skyline view of the city center as well as a nature reserve. The living room has a large 55 inch Smart 4 K TV. The bedroom has a very comfortable Dunlopillo mattress. Apt is regularly cleaned by maid.

The building has pools, parks, supermarkets, minimart, restaurants, cafes, spa, hair and nail salons all within only 50 meters. Super convenient!
