A lovely, antique hotel in an out-of-the-way spot, well worth the extra drive to reach from I-10. The hotel and the room were filled with antiques. Everything spoke of extra consideration and planning. The bed was quite comfortable, the linens were sumptuous, and the bathtub was glorious. I have every intention of returning.

This is a beautiful AirBnB and Deborah did everything in her power to make me feel at home and help me with all the little bits and bobs I needed while in Duncan. Everything is as described, and you will find much joy in booking here.

My mother and I spent a night at Deborah's bed and breakfast in Duncan, AZ after visiting a local hot springs. We were delighted with the experience from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The old hotel is beautiful, eccentric and incredibly clean and comfortable. There is no tv in your room but instead we had an extra-long clawfoot tub, got to hang out with the goat in their yard, and had terrific conversation with our hosts about opera, Arabic and trips to Mexico. There's no restaurant but across the street is a NY-worthy pizza joint called Humble Pie which was totally delicious. Breakfast was homemade and lovely and, before we left town, we went for a quick nature walk per our host's recommendation and walked along the river and spotted a bald eagle. A very magical place. We will be back.
