House at a seaside location 50 km from Rome. Newly renovated. Well furnished. Large beautiful garden. Independent gate and garage. Sleep 7. Nice holiday location - good all year round.
Excellent trip possibilities. A lot to do and to see.
Semi-detached independent villa in three levels: upstairs 3 double bedrooms - two can become twin bedrooms one (the one in middle) has a French size bed, one large bathroom with tub/shower. Balconies around with door from each bedroom, big windows.
The entrance level is made of two entrances, the main door to the living room, other from the kitchen door, one WC. Terrace around.
The lowest level / garden level has a large living room with a fireplace, studio area, a small kitchen and a WC. Door to the garden to a large lunch/dinner table that seats up to 8 people. Annexed but inside is another single room with an ensuite bathroom. Garage.
The big garden and balconies make this place special. My principle is not to offer what I wouldn't accept.
This is a new listing and available from June because the renovation works are still in progress. THE PICTURES SHOW THE VILLA 9TH OF MAY 2014 BEFORE CURTAINS, BEDLINEN, TOWELS AND GARDENING.
The guests will have the whole house and the garden for themselves.

Allied amphibious landing in the Italian Campaign against German forces in the area of Anzio and Nettuno. The operation was intended to outflank German forces and enable an attack on Rome. I live in Rome and just adore it. I would like everyone to see the marvels of Rome and Italy therefore I also organize travel programs in Italy besides of working as a conference interpreter. In my free time I like running 3-4 times a week and to read a bit of everything but prefer non-fiction or other books that have a base of reality. Sci-fi is not for me. In addition, history is among my interests (the location of the house is not random). I try to practice foreign languages with some consistency.
