This 2,000 sqft condo is located on the ground floor, it has an amazing veranda that looks onto our new 200ft pier and the Caribbean sea. The villa comes with a full kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite. The executive 2-bedroom condo comes with a private outdoor shower.
The space
This condo also has a toaster, coffee maker, blender and more. The Rhum Shack restaurant & bar is adjacent. Close by we have reef fishing, snorkeling/diving, cruises, zip lining, jungle hikes, etc. We have just 18 condos at Seiri del Mar, so you can enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the Caribbean, without the crowds typical of other beachside resorts. On-site, we have a pool complete with chairs and loungers, a hot-tub and a toddler pool. The condo is located right beside the beach, and we even have complimentary paddle boards, bicycles and kayaks available for our guests to use. Last but not least; we have recently added a 200ft. dock, that stretches right out over the ocean, perfect for an evening stroll.
Every bedroom has an en-suite and in the 3 bedroom villas there is an additional half-bathroom off the living area. All of our condos are beachfront, and each is designed with granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors, cabinetry throughout in a blend of local hardwoods and an individual decor.
With breathtaking views, luxurious condos and a knowledgeable, friendly staff, Seiri del Mar has it all.

We are responsible for collecting and remitting a Belize Tourism Tax to the BTB (Belize Tourism Board). The tax equals 9% of your accommodation fee.

Hopkins is widely considered a hidden gem in Belize. It is a small, coastal, fishing village that is centrally located to the vast majority of Belize's most exciting water and land attractions. Hopkins Village is a Garifuna village on the coast of the Stann Creek District in Belize. Hopkins is considered by some Belizeans to be the cultural center of the Garifuna population in Belize. The town hosts its own national holiday, Hopkins Day, and welcomes people for their celebration on Garifuna Independence Day as well, they do this with drum ceremonies that can last till early hours in the morning.
Hopkins is surrounded by the Maya Mountains and the Cockscomb Range inland, and the Caribbean Sea on its shore. It is also very close to the Sittee River.
Today Hopkins is a small but vibrant community of approximately 1,000 villagers. The people live mostly by farming and fishing, and more recently many have found work in the growing tourist industry. The residents are known for their friendliness and genuine hospitality, and welcome visitors to their village. Hopkins has a selection of gift shops, restaurants and small bars. Hopkins was recently voted "The Friendliest Village in Belize" by Belize First Magazine.
