Located in beautiful gated Smoky Mountain Country Club, this large, luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath multi-level condo, with 2,700 square feet and full length view decks on both levels, accessed from all public rooms and bedrooms, provides an unparalleled vacation accommodation perfect for groups of all sizes.

Welcome to a dream vacation spot, where 5,000-foot peaks descend into deep, shaded gorges, crystal-clear trout streams become whitewater rivers, and cool breezes and fresh mountain air complement the breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

CONDO FEATURES

This condo has 10’ ceilings in all rooms, and is at street level, so there are no stairs to enter on the main level, which has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining room and living room. The lower level has a 2nd master suite.

The master bedroom features a queen bed. The main level guest bedroom features 2 twin beds. The master bath contains a double vanity, corner whirlpool tub and shower.

The kitchen features a range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully-equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The laundry room contains a washer and dryer.

The dining room, great room and lower level family room all have hardwood floors. The bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room have ceramic tile floors.

The great room is accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling.

High definition televisions are in the great room and all 3 bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.

The large (50’ long) view deck is fully covered. A grill is provided on the deck, along with a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

No smoking or pets are allowed in this condo.

Finally, this condo has an attached single-car garage.

SMOKY MOUNTAIN COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES

Guests have full access to the community’s private recreational facilities, which include a swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool spa (both open seasonally, from mid-April thru mid-October), two lighted tennis courts, men’s and women’s locker rooms with dry saunas, and a fitness room. There is a fee to play the on-site 18-hole Smoky Mountain Country Club golf course. Tee times & rate information are available online at Carolinamountaingolf.com or by calling the Pro Shop.

AREA ATTRACTIONS

Located only 15 minutes away from Bryson City and Cherokee, NC, guests are never far from some of the area's best activities and attractions, including the Nantahala Outdoor Center, Harrah's Cherokee Casino and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. For those who wish to explore outside of the area, Asheville's Biltmore Estate, only 45 miles of the condo site, is an awe-inspiring attraction worthy of a day trip that is highly recommended.
