The space
Located in an elevated rainforest setting, yet only minutes drive to South West Rocks and numerous pristine beaches, Arakoon Heights provides the perfect location to enjoy a peaceful eco coastal holiday. Stunning grass trees and friendly local wildlife. A national park instead of a back fence completes the picture of an affordable retreat for a couple or a family.

Clean, sunny, well equipped, comfortable and quiet! Two master bedrooms - both with comfortable queen size beds. Wake up to the sounds of the rainforest and you may see a kangaroo on the front lawn. A third bedroom for the kids, or extra friends, features two single beds plus its own TV.

Downstairs a rumpus room/fourth bedroom contains a comfy Ikea sofa that converts to an extra double bed. This room also has a flat screen TV and tranquil views of the bush.

Two bathrooms. Upstairs is a functional three-way bathroom with a huge shower and a luxurious, deep bath. Downstairs is another modern bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.

Modern gourmet kitchen. Full cooking facilities, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, pod coffee machine, tea making facilities, rice cooker, sandwich press and enough cutlery and crockery for a crowd.

Large north facing living area with modern, contemporary furnishings, slow combustion heater, 50 inch Smart TV and DVD player.
An extensive collection of DVDs and a well stocked bookshelf. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Free unlimted WIFI - fast NBN connection.

Huge outdoor deck - complete with gas Weber BBQ, sun lounges, outdoor eating area and plenty of room to enjoy the sun or the shade. Spectacular scenery in every direction.

Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a sunny clothes line.

Mothercare portable cot and portable high chair. Kids books, DVDs, kids craft box, toy box and even buckets and spades for the beach.

Other things to note
As of 1 September 2024 we supply all linen, towels, tea towels, pillow cases etc. In the reviews you may see mention that in the past we did not offer this service but now all linen is provided.
