The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.
KITCHEN
Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:
• Fridge/freezer
• Stovetop
• Microwave
• Oven
• Dishwasher
• Crockery and cutlery
A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.
LIVING AREA
The living room offers a comfortable couch and a 55" Samsung smart TV for your entertainment. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay.

There is a lovely north-facing balcony so if the weather suits you can enjoy your morning tea outside while soaking in the sunshine!

A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES
- You will have access to the building’s pool, sauna, spa, and BBQ area.
- Available common areas may be accessed daily between 9:00 am and 5:45 pm.
- The outdoor pool is currently under construction and expected to be completed by November 2026 (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice)
Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.
Guest access
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.
Other things to note
We want guests to enjoy their stay comfortably while also helping us care for the property and respect the neighbours.
This is not a party property. Any breach of the no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any costs for damages.
