Beachfront penthouse apartment in a grand Victorian property overlooking the beach.

5 minutes walk to restaurants, bars, pubs, shops and pier.

The apartment has been thoroughly and tastefully refurbished to a high standard.

Open the windows at the front of the property and watch/listen to the sea lapping the shore. You can see as far North as Ramsgate and as far South as Dover & the White Cliffs.

One large bedroom with king size bed, dining room, open plan lounge/kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.

France is often visible from the both the lounge and dining room.

Watch the historic Time Ball rise and fall on the hour from the landing window (only during the summer months).

The penthouse is located at the top of a grand four storey Victorian property and there is no lift. The view from the top is amazing.
