The space
Guests will love staying here as it’s a newly built fully self contained modern 3x2 home, perfectly situated in the Swan Valley only 20 minutes from the airport.

Home features high ceilings in Master Bedroom and Living areas, tiles in common and wet areas, carpets in bedrooms and ducted air conditioning/ heating and digital TV Antenna throughout.

** Please note, guests will not have access to the garage **

Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances including but not limited to; Granite Bench Top, Breakfast Bar including stools, French Double Door Fridge/ Freezer, Dishwasher and Dishwashing tablets, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, NutriBullet, Utensils, Tea towels, Cookware/ Cutlery and Cleaning Products and bin bags.

Master bedroom features a 70 inch smart TV including Netflix, queen size bed, his hers walk in robe, double basin, double shower and WC.

Both spare rooms feature queen size beds with built in walk in robes.

The dining area features a brand new solid stone bench top with leather seating. Comfortably allowing for 6 people at the dinner table.

Lounge area includes a new 70 inch smart TV with Netflix and two very comfortable couches.

Laundry includes new Electrolux Dryer and a Washing Machine. Towels provided, extra bedding and cleaning products located in the laundry cupboard.

There are are world class wineries, golf courses, famous restaurants, cafes, pubs, parks / wildlife parks and the Swan River right on your doorstep meaning there is plenty to do and see!
