The space
The heated (depending on the weather, from early/mid-May to late September) and fenced 'lagoon' pool is a great bonus, with a gently sloping entry and a diving board carved into the stone (max. depth 1.45 m). The many reminders of the property's former use in the form of old stones lend it a unique charm and character. Boulodrome, ping pong table, trampoline and small swing will ensure fun for each of you!
Insert in the living room for winter evenings and underfloor heating (geothermal)...Christmas with family or new year with friends!!! A warm kitchen with cooking piano, large oven, thermomix, and nothing missing from the drawers!
The house is intended for 8 people and 2 babies or small children. You have 3 high chairs..
A private cellar and garage are not available for guests.
The house is located at the start of many walks or bikes.
You have a plancha on the deck.
Rental min 1 week - except Christmas, New Year, May 1, ascent and Pentecost can be rented for a min of 4 days or upon special request.-.
We INSIST on the PEACEFUL ASPECT of the hamlet and therefore ASK vacationers not to shout or put loud music by the poolside. Thanks for the villagers! This hamlet recommends peace and quiet. For this reason, you will choose our house. So we prioritize families and unfortunately refuse groups of young people. We will therefore ask you to respect the calm especially from 10 p.m. If this is not respected, we should take sanctions and that would be a shame. So we think that the "families" profile with their atmosphere of all ages and with whom we have never had any problems, will perfectly suit this kind of rental. (Sorry for this somewhat rigid paragraph....).
That said, let's keep dreaming of this sweet Provence...

* Beaches of the Cèze with its river sports (departure from Goudargues de canoes) and its "guinguettes": "la Frigoulette"in St André de Roquepertuis, at the foot of a Cèze beach. Also the beaches and descents of the Ardèche.
* The delightful hilltop villages of Cornillon, La Roque sur Cèze (and its waterfalls,...),Montclus, and many others...
* 30 min from Uzès,
* A55min from Avignon or Nîmes airport.
* 1 km from an open Intermarché (Route de Barjac, Cornillon, on the road down from us, to Cornillon)

*You will find a tourist office in Goudargues: Route de Pont St Esprit, 4, as well as in Bagnols/Cèze and Aiguèze.
*In Bagnols sur Cèze( 12km), all the shops you want! (Marie Blachère: delicious pastries and breads!!!) and also a cinema!
There is no shortage of activities: Provençal markets to superb varied walks, various visits, river sports, caves (de la Salamandre: frankly superb!,), horseback rides (Goudargues), acrobranches, Saintes Marie de la Mer, Aigues-Mortes, the Camargue, cycling, art galleries, wine or olive oil cellars, lavandine oil (Domaine de Vilgoutrès in Verfeuil, village entertainment in the evening, etc.
And in the house, the playful piano will set the mood in the billiards and kicker lounge, board games, outdoor games, idleness....

The cleaning fee covers the final clean of the entire house, the provision of bath towels (no pool!) and bed linen, as well as a warm welcome from a friendly person who is available throughout the stay. This works out to €290 per stay.
Other things to note
The house can be rented by the week throughout the year, except for a minimum of 3 days on certain dates:
- Christmas and New Year
- May Day weekend,
- Ascension and Pentecost,
For these periods, a 3-day stay costs €350/night + fees, but if it's for the full week, the price of €290/day applies. In that case, please ask me to adjust the rate to a weekly basis instead of the 3-day rate.
