Our home is situated in Newton Highlands, Located just west of downtown Boston, Newton is considered a "streetcar suburb" because of its easy access by the Boston
subway, Filled with historic homes and beautiful gardens, considered to be one of the most desirable places to live in the Greater Boston area. within a five minutes walk, you will find many restaurants, fast/casual food, coffee shops, taverns, grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations, pharmacy, major national retail stores, and many other original/funky businesses that are unique to the area. just a few minutes from our house.
It's a three minutes drive both to the Charles river where you can rent canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards, and to a wonderful walking trail that encircles a small lake. The Newton Community Farm farm stand where you can buy fresh organic produce, is just a mile down the road.
