We are located in Titirangi - home of ancient Kauri trees. Kauri are among the world's mightiest trees, living for over 1000 years. Our philosophy is to bring people closer to nature. Our rooms are designed to compliment the greenery of our 5039 m² grounds. Our facilities include: basic kitchenette with an open-air deck, lounge area, guest bedrooms, garden and off-street parking. We offer basic self-serve breakfast (cereal, jam, bread, milk). Duplex room capacity: 2 adults+child (under 12).

The space
Currently, three bedrooms are available for booking: two downstairs and one upstairs. We have two kitchens, one for common use (open deck kitchen) and one for staff only (upstairs). Our kitchen has only basic utensils and facilities. It is okay for heating up food and making tea/coffee, but might not be suitable for making complex dinners (no oven). The lounge area, gardens and parking are open to all our guests. Please feel free to use our decks. We have a fireplace, but we do not provide firewood (sorry).

We must note that having a car is essential for our location. The local public transport is not a very convenient option. We offer free parking.

Please note that our breakfast is a self-serve basic continental breakfast: milk, cereal, bread, jam. If during breakfast you run out of milk or bread - please let us know. We will re-stock the fridge. No worries.

Guest access
Currently, only three bedrooms out of four are available for booking. The fourth bedroom is used as an office and is usually closed. We have two kitchens, one for common use and one for the staff. The outside area is open to all the guests. Please feel free to use our decks and the lounge area. We have a fireplace, but we do not provide firewood.

Please note that our breakfast is a self serve basic continental breakfast: milk, cereal, bread, jam. Our kitchen has only basic utilities, suitable for cooking basic meals and reheating food. We do not provide an oven.

If during breakfast you run out of milk or bread - please let us know. We will re-stock the fridge. No worries.

Other things to note
Our Superior room is a Duplex room, where the upstairs space is a loft (a space with sloped/slanted ceiling). The loft can only accommodate one child.
