A modern 25 sq.m. guest house in a typical Swedish village with garden view and quiet neighborhood. The village is surrounded by forests, beautiful lakes and is one of the best places for outdoor activities. Enjoy a relaxing getaway, exploring nature or a peaceful stop on your way.
The house features 2 single beds (or a king size bed), one floor mattress on request for a 3rd/4th guest, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, AC, 2 parking lots, free coffee, unlimited WiFi and a surround sound system.

The space
Aspedala is a free-standing house besides our main building with a separate and private entrance and parking, located in a residential area (quiet hours from 11 pm to 7am). It has heating and air conditioning, hot water, and two free parking spaces in front. The new built (Oct 2018) kitchenette features a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, fridge/freezer, a generous sink and an induction cooker.

We have provided basic amenities including coffee, tea, fresh towels, clean sheets, a pillow menu, slippers and bathroom supplies.

You have the choice between two single beds or one king size bed. A 3rd guest mattress can be provided, and in case you come with two kids, we have a queen size mattress for them - let us know beforehand and we can arrange it for you.

This is a non-smoking environment: No smoking on premises!

Laundry: Let us know if you need to do any laundry – we can take care of it for 20 SEK/load (hang-dried).

Check in time is any time after 3pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate you (additional fee of 100kr may occur).

Check out is 11.00 am, late check-outs must be approved by us and are not always possible (additional fee of 100kr may occur). Please leave the property as you found it. Please strip the bed(s) and leave all used linens and towels next to the entrance door.

Guest access
Besides the guesthouse and the parking driveway, you can use our garden, patio and sundeck seating.

Other things to note
Due to hygienic and fire hazard reasons (all houses are made of wood), we cannot host smokers. Our whole property, inside the house and out in the garden, is a non-smoking environment.

If you have nut allergy, food intolerances or allergies please do not book my accommodation but find somewhere else to stay that suits your specialist dietary needs or personal needs as my accommodation will not suit you.

Mosquitoes are found throughout Sweden. The number of mosquitoes varies from year to year depending on the rainfall. This property has a front door that opens to the outside. Please don’t leave the door open for an extended period of time if you don’t want bugs flying in. One window is equipped with a mosquito net.

This unit is located in a usually quiet residential area. The neighbors have kids and they can be heard when they play outside.
