Quiet, spacious home in Ocala near the Appleton Museum and Silver Springs. Only minutes from downtown, Silver Springs state Park. 2 spacious bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms, fast WIFI and Roku TV in living room , fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining space up to 4 in dining room and 4 in kitchen. Screened in back porch for enjoying your morning coffee.

The space
Large great/living room with dining room curved around eat-in kitchen. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy a DVD movie or listen to music. TV has DVD hookup and Roku for your entertainment Split plan with King size bed in master bedroom suite bathroom and guest room with queen size bed and hall bathroom. Large screen TV in great/living room and TV with antenna in master bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped (microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans, waffle iron, dishes, glasses, and flatware) Screened in patio great for enjoying the Florida outdoor breezes and watching the squirrels run or birds fly. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Two car garage.

Silver Springs State Park is near by and offers nature trails and glass bottom boats to enjoy. Many local and chain restaurants are near by.

Appleton Museum is across Silver Springs Boulevard. This is an awesome art museum with traveling and home exhibits you don't want to miss. Award winning Ocala Civic Theater is next door to the Appleton.

Riley Cultural Center is downtown. Downtown is only 15 minutes away. Many unique restaurants may be found around the Historic Downtown Square. On Saturday mornings Ocala has its very own Farmer's Market open at 10:00 am with many local vendors.
