Welcome to our 85 m² apartment, very bright, quiet, in Lille "Lomme Bourg" neighborhood. All shops are nearby (supermarket 180 m away), and the metro within a 5-minute walk will take you directly to Lille center. The apartment has 3 independent bedrooms, and the living room has a sofa bed (2 people). The bathroom and toilet are separate. Finally, a large, comfortable and very bright apartment!

The space
Thanks to a key box system where we can put the keys, you can arrive late if you want. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator access, of a small building. With many windows in the living room, kitchen, and in all bedrooms, it is particularly bright, without overlooking neighbors, and gives you a very nice view of the surrounding rooftops!
The apartment overlooks Avenue de Dunkerque, a large avenue with the metro, but ultimately not too noisy thanks to the double glazed windows.
In the immediate vicinity of the building, you will find a convenience store, a pizzeria, and all the shops of a lively neighborhood.
The building is located just between 2 metro stations. It is also about 800 meters (3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot) from Ikea, Carrefour Lomme hypermarket, and a very large leisure center (Kinepolis cinema, bowling, many restaurants, etc.).
Parking is easy and free near the building (note: blue zone, you need a disc, parking is limited in time; otherwise, you have to park 5 minutes away on foot).
The apartment is simple, but comfortable and well-equipped. Feel free to give us feedback to improve it further!
The bedding is of good quality, the beds are made upon arrival, with cozy duvets and pillows. We provide one towel per person.
If you're coming with a baby, you'll be delighted to find a high chair and a travel cot.
Pets are allowed if they are clean, and do not climb on beds and armchairs; moreover, please never leave them alone in the apartment!
