The ground floor hosts a stunning open plan kitchen, lounge and dining space with feature double height ceiling, ground floor bedroom with WC and utility room. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor with four bedrooms (master suite with walk through wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite shower, triple family room with double and single bed, twin bedroom with staircase to mezzanine children's play area) and family bathroom.

Like many suburbs within the district of Bournemouth, Branksome benefits from the stunning golden beach, as well as the close, commutable proximity to both Poole and Bournemouth itself. Take a walk among the Edwardian streets and marvel at their historic architecture, or take the short drive to Poole retail park and enjoy some of the biggest high street names such as John Lewis, Oak Furnitureland, and Mothercare. Boarding the train at the nearby Branksome station, you’ll join the historic line which runs from Weymouth to London Waterloo. Treat yourself to a tourist trip to London or once arriving in Weymouth, visit Portland Isle and see why the stone from the island has been used in St. Paul’s Cathedral for generations. Sitting to the West of Branksome Chine is the prosperous and naturally beautiful area of Sandbanks - famous for its high property values, it is a popular site for water sports, especially windsurfing and parasailing. Take the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Studland and head up to Old Harry Rocks where you’ll be greeted with amazing views of the coastline. On the way back why not stop and quench your thirst in the local pub or even have a spot of lunch.

Poole town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Head down to Poole Quay and you’ll find plenty to see and do, play in the amusements, catch the land train, or take a boat over to Brownsea Island. If you fancy going further afield you can even catch a ferry to Jersey. Poole Park offers tennis courts, a miniature railway and an indoor soft play centre for children.

As well as its premier league football team, Bournemouth hosts three internationally renowned theatres and several music venues where you can see many top touring bands or side splitting comedians. Located on the beautiful coastline, the town is bordered by the channel, a stretch of water historically significant: from the invasion of William the Conqueror and his Norman knights, to the Battle of Britain in the Second World War. The town is populated with a huge variety of high-street shops and two Michelin star restaurants: Arbor and Neo. The square separating Bournemouth’s long high street plays host to a huge variety of entertainment – from drumming bands and circus skills in the summer; to outdoor carol concerts and the Christmas market in the winter time. On the seafront sits Bournemouth Oceanarium: explore what swims beneath the ocean and find your underwater adventure. Should you have any queries, we are open 6 days a week so please contact the office: Monday – Friday between 8.30am-6.30pm and 9.00am-6.00pm on Saturdays. Bank holiday opening times may vary. An emergency out of hours mobile is provided in a PDF document attached to your booking confirmation email.

Key collection: Our friendly staff look forward to welcoming you to the area should you wish to collect your property keys during office opening hours. For our guests convenience the keys can be posted at a surcharge to a UK or EU postal address (UK First class postage £6.00 per set, EU standard postage £20 per set, next-day by 1pm postage £10 per set or Saturday next-day by 1pm postage £15 per set). We also offer a meet and greet service at £60.00 which is available 7 days a week between 6 AM and 11 PM.
