Our luxurious and private 4 bedroom, 10 bed (8 beds + 2 sofa-beds) townhouse in The Gardens. Fantastic tropical location just next to the CBD. Security fencing, auto gates, private courtyard, expansive outdoor seating area and BBQ. Quality decor, bedding and furnishings, and no expense spared to make your holiday or work stay the best value in Darwin. Centrally located and guaranteed to please.

The space
Enjoy the space of a house in the city, over all the small apartments on offer.

1st floor
Master suite contains a king size bed for a good night's sleep, TV, walk in robe big enough for all your travel needs, including your suitcase, and a full length mirror. The suite also contains an ensuite with a shower.

In the adjoining annex to the master suite there are two king single beds.

Ground floor
A back bedroom containing a Queen bed with built in wardrobe.

A front bedroom contains a king-single bed and a queen bed, with built in wardrobe.

Two fold out double sofa-beds is situated in the downstairs living room. Allowing 2 more guests, bringing the accommodation total to 10 persons.

Main Bathroom, with shower and separate laundry, containing a washing machine and dryer.

Open plan living to accommodate 8, dining, kitchen (will find every utensil and appliance you would find in your home).

Outdoor court yard and entertainment area, gas BBQ, secure free lock-up parking behind a remote accesible rollergate plus additional free street carparking. Free WiFi and NETFLIX.

Located in a very quiet suburban neighbourhood, the townhouse is close to Mindil Beach Markets (May to October) and Parap Markets (all year round), Waterfront Precinct (and Wave Pool) and Darwin CBD shops and restaurants, including the world famous Crocosaurus Cove where you can swim with the Crocs in the "cage of death". Minutes walk from Botanic Gardens (including Eva's Cafe), Gardens Park Golf Links and Skycity Casino.

McDonald's is in the next street if your feeling lazy for dinner or enjoy a pub cooked meal a short 5 minutes walk down the road at the buff club.

Small bottle shop located next to McDonald's.

There are a couple of gyms a short walk away.

Stuart Park shops is 10 minute walk and contains a cafe, small super market, bottle shop, medical center, chemist and fast food to name a few. And there is an IGA mini-mart on Smith Street, also about 10 minutes walk away.
