This place isn’t suitable for infants (0–2 yrs) and the host doesn’t allow pets, parties, or smoking.
Our unit is brand new and fully furnished which will make you feel it as an extension of your home. We have PLDT Fibre broadband and Cable. It is very accessible to Venice Grand Canal where you can shop and find various restaurants. There is a cinema as well if you want to spend your evening watching without the worry of taking a transpo back home.
A 24 hour grocery store (Wellcome) as well as ATM machines can be found outside the building.

The space
Our unit is located right next to the Venice Piazza where you can find the famous Grand Canal. It is only a 10 minute ride to BGC, SM Aura, Market Market.... 15-20 min ride to Makati business district.
