The space
In the renowned Via dei Servi and the surrounding area, you will find typical restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, shops of all kinds and even a small but well-stocked supermarket (2 minutes away). All the attractions are within a few minutes' walk.

The apartment consists of:
- a large, well-equipped kitchen, also suitable for long stays. Dining area, overlooking the beautiful Renaissance-style inner courtyard.
- a bedroom with a French-style double bed and a view of Florence's typical terracotta roofs.
- a living room with a double sofa bed and an extraordinary view of the Duomo and Giotto's Campanile.
An extra bed for a fifth person (190 x 80 cm) can be added on request.
- a bathroom with a shower where you will find organic products for your beauty ritual. Soft towels, sanitised by a specialised company, will pamper you.
To ensure your privacy, each room has its own
door.

If there are two of you but you will be sleeping in separate beds, please let us know at least one day in advance. We will prepare the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room.
Guest access
🚇 From SANTA MARIA NOVELLA STATION:
- 🚶🏼♂️➡️ON FOOT: 13 minutes. If you don't have a lot of luggage, it's the fastest option.
- 🚕Taxi: at the station exit. The fare varies depending on traffic (about 10 minutes).
✈️ From the AIRPORT (5 km from the city centre)
- 🚎TRAM: get off at the S. Marco stop. From here, you will walk for 10 minutes. Tickets are purchased at the entrance or upstairs by credit card (each card can only be used to purchase one ticket).
- 🚖 TAXI: there are fixed fares to the centre that vary according to the day, time and number of bags. You can check online.
- 🚘 By CAR:
- I have a small discount at the Park2go and Michelangelo car parks, both on Via Ricasoli, 8 minutes from home. The rates can be checked online. It's a good idea to book.
- Villa Costanza: it's an inexpensive outdoor car park. You can enter directly from the motorway. From here, you will take the tram to the Unità stop, and then walk for about 10 minutes.
- If you're lucky, you can look for free parking in the city, but access (allowed if you use the garage) is during limited hours. Sunday all day long.
Or in areas close to the historic centre.
Inside the building, a large lift will take you up to the apartment floor. You can also go up with large suitcases or prams.
Once you reach the floor, there will be 9 steps to get to the entrance door.
You will be in the most strategic spot in the city. In fact, all the attractions will be within a few minutes' walk.

We will be happy to provide you with all the information you require before and during your stay.
You will have eco-friendly personal care products, coffee pods and a typical Tuscan red wine.
You won't have to give me any money directly; you'll only pay Airbnb (including the tourist tax).
Upon your arrival, I will take the details of your valid identity card or passport to send them to the Florence Police Headquarters, as required by Italian law.
Check-in is from 2 pm to 11 pm to allow guests to choose the most convenient time. However, please let us know your travel plans AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE.
The area you will be in is in the heart of the UNESCO area and is very safe, even at night.
Given the quietness and the speed of the Wi-Fi, the stay is suitable for smart working.
