My name is Quan Tran, 30 years old, I come from a small farming village. I got married with a H’mong girl and we have a small daughter. My friends and I rent a hotel named Sapa Snow. We tried our best to make every guests happy and have unforgettable time in Sapa. We always remind ourselves that: Guests pay us our staffs salary and give us income. Come to us as a guest and stay as our family member. I would love to tell you something about myself: When I was young, I helped my parents working on rice field, growing vegetables, potato, cassava, fruit trees in garden, raising buffalo on mountain. So I really understand about village people daily life. I was the luckiest one in my family, I had chance to go to university and my siblings stoped at high school to support me. They earned money to provide me with my parents. My family were proud of me. So I studied very hard and had a good result after 4 years studying English at Hanoi National University. My friends from villages working as tourist guides. They trained me to be a good local guide, then I worked as tourist guide for a year. During time working as a guide, the father in Sapa church asked me to do voluntary work, so I spent time to help local people in villages to build road, electricity line to bring power to the villages (many families live on mountain do not have power)… I thought, I should have a better job to have more chance to support my family and children in villages – village children do not have good healthcare and education. We rent a hotel, our staffs come from villages. We trained them good working skills at hotel. We arrange tour visiting villages with minorities and rice terraces with our friends – local guides. We spend our profit to support the school children in Sapa church. We visit and help villagers who are in hospital… Working in hotel we have more chance and ability to help peoples. I have a lot of good friends who are our guests from all over the world. Thank you very much for supporting us. Welcome to Sapa Snow hotel
