This heritage house is more than 70 years old with a legend of handloom Thai Silk Cotton factory with history of beauty pageants selling Thai silk in this house in the old days. Guests can walk around neighborhood to see local lifestyle and market. Every Saturday late afternoon, the street in front of this house is closed for walking street selling local and cultural products of Chiangmai. There are hundreds of small vendors. There is local café "Bitter and Sweet" is on the ground floor.

The heritage house offer a small museum displaying Thai silk factory and crowned beauty pageants who were selling Silk in the old days.

Rooms have been renovated with new and comfortable furniture with touches of Chiangmai - Lanna culture.

There are 3 Bathrooms which have been renovated. (Shared with other guests).
