This beautiful fully renovated classic Queenslander home makes the perfect base for two small families travelling together, or a group of friends. Consisting of five bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 lounge areas and two kitchens, including a covered outdoor kitchen/entertaining spread over two floors.

You'll love the modern, cozy feel to the home and the lush tropical gardens, giving the authentic tropical Cairns feel.

The space
The self contained home is newly renovated with a mix of modern and classic charm. The two levels of this house are separate apartments, with private entrances and no internal linking stairs. This listing is for full access to both levels of the house.

All rooms are clean and airy with large built in Wardrobes. Rooms have brand new wall mounted A/C units as well as ceiling fans. essential for the tropical climate we enjoy here.

There's an awesome quasi outdoor kitchen and entertaining area with breakfast bar downstairs, and a brand new renovated kitchen upstairs. Upstairs also boasts a beautiful outdoor veranda. The outside areas are fully undercover/enclosed and are suitable all year round. Cairns doesn't get cold. I have found the outdoor entertaining areas are the highlight for most guests

The kitchens are fully equipped kitchen with some basic essentials, condiments, tea and coffee. The bathrooms have hair dryer, extra toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All linen is provided as well as bath towels. There is unlimited Wifi, a large TV and a super comfy lounge area equipped with a plethora of board games at hand.

Your home will be located in a quiet street in Westcourt, lined with other classic Queenslander homes. Westcourt is one of Cairns' oldest suburbs, just far enough from the centre for a quiet night sleep but close enough for all the benefits of the city. It is just off the Mulgrave road, the main access route in and out of town.

I love this place and everything it has to offer. There is every kind of adventure on your doorstep. I love trips out to the reef, fishing or snorkelling. A dip in a cool waterfall on a hot day. Four Wheel driving through the mountains. Even shopping at Rusty's weekend fruit market. It's a city that fits my hobbies!
