Newly renovated private bedroom with queen bed and private en-suite, shower, toilet, basin ( no bath), available on the ground floor of Rosewhite House. It has beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains. This room is comfortable and quiet. This is budget priced as breakfast does not come with this room. Mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities only. Perfect for singles or couples who intend to eat out while here. There's a TV and split system for comfort.

The space
You have your own entrance around the side of the house and guest patio which has a BBQ and outdoor setting for you to use. This BBQ makes a useful outdoor kitchen. The BBQ has a gas burner as well as a hot plate and grill, like you find on your gas stove. This makes it useful for heating a saucepan or frying pan, increasing the range of cooking options. . There is another outdoor setting which we place outside this room for guests to enjoy the sunshine or shade, depending on the weather at the time.

Guest access
You will have your own entrance around the side of the house. Guests have access to a patio which has its own BBQ and outdoor setting.

During your stay
We live downstairs and available to answer any questions. If on rare occasions we are away, we can be contacted by phone.

Neighbourhood highlights

This is an extremely beautiful area, noted as a significant landscape by the national trust. Beautiful green hills, waterfalls and rivers. Snow on the mountains in the distance in the winter, amazing leaf colour in the Autumn and the people here are very friendly and welcoming.
