The bedroom and bathroom are clean but the room is smaller than expected. It should have been mentioned on the listing that guests have to share the flat with Michael’s mum (the owner) who works from home, so the common space is basically a work place. Guests need to get their ow…

Response from Michael Daniel:
What kind of joke is this review! Firstly for your information most bedroom sizes in apartments and houses in Australia are 3 by 3 metres. The picture clearly shows exactly what it looks like. You perception Travis has nothing to do with our offer. Second, yes I work from home but in saying that I only occupy my desk a few hours a day and then I attend meetings. There are many "common" spaces to share like the balcony, the roof top and the loundge. Thirdly yes it is not a serviced apartment and you are required to bring your own washing products. Further more you are required to leave the laundry doors open while in use as the dryer died due to misuse and encouraged me some costs for repair. Fourthly nothing wrong with the bedding. In fact there are 2 doona options, one lighter and one heavier. However had only just noticed that someone unethical had previously damaged the light doona cover by burning it and had a tear in it. As it was hardly noticeable and I had no time to repair it or replace it as my new guest was arriving I place it underneath. It must have taken some serious scrutiny for Travis to find it... as I didn't even see it myself for a while... So not sure who damaged it. I would also like to mention here that Trevor threw away some of my invaluable cutlery that I had brought over from my own country years ago as he could not be bothered bringing it back to the kitchen. When confronted he said it had no value... And last but not least, yes our location is great but we are in a city and noises come from anywhere at any time. Personally never woke up to anyone yelling... May be he was dreaming... And either way what has this got to do with our offer? So at the end I really don't recommend Travis as his values are completely different to ours.

The traffic outside was a bit noisy but good location, close to river and nice city view. It is said that a room for 2 but this double room is more suitable for one person. Clean bathroom. Plenty of visitors parking, very convenient. Nice host and reasonable price. Satisfied stay…
