Directly across the street from Coffee Matters bistro and nestled in the heart of the city, this is the perfect location for your stay in St. John's. Walking distance from Signal Hill, George Street, Mile One and other famous St. John's attractions. The lower unit in this 2 unit home has access to the Main level and above ground basement. The bottom level opens up to a beautiful private patio. Bedroom is upstairs.

Highest recommendations! Central area and very good and fast communication with Sam. Friendly, clean and great athmosphere! We loved staying in this Jelly Bean Row house, and would come back. NFLD is also a great place to visit, we had many fun times!
