Duplex apartment is a part of the old & origin stone house in the Old Town center of Split. It is located in the Dobrić area, which was named after the spring of drinking water -"good" (dobra) water which was in immediate vicinty of our house. It is placed nerby the Furit square (Voćni trg), very close to the Diocletian's Palace and just few steps from Riva promenade.

The space
Apartment is a part of stone house and it is a perfect holiday resort for a family or a group of friends. Provides a comfortable stay for a maximum of 6 people. Residence (70m2) consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen with all necessary equipment and living room with LCD TV and a sofa that can make a bed for 2 persons. Second floor consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Each room has air conditioning and wireless internet.

Neighbourhood highlights

The neighborhood consits of origin stone houses separated with small streets and there is no acess to cars. In these streets there are lots of small domestic restaurants with origin dalmatians food, one off these is immediately opposite the aparment. Riva is less than 40m away from the apartment and Bacvice beach, the most famous beach in Split, is 10- 15 minutes walk from the apartment and at night it turns into one of the most interesting places for a night out. Also there is only 2 min by a walk to fishmarket and and open market called "pazàr"(open market with fresh fruits, vegetables and typical produce) .Supermarket, bakery, fast food restaurants and cafe bars are very close to the apartment (1-2 min walk)
