This is a real country house ! Located outside the medieval village of Capranica , very close to the railway station Capranica-Sutri. Easy access from Rome by car and train. 120m², a house of two floors, surrounded by the typical hezelnut plantations.
It's a part of a small family owned farm characterized by coltivation of seasonal vegetables and a varity of domestic animals.
The house has an indipendent garden where you can relax under old oaks trees in the middle of green Tuscia!

Ideal for families or group of friends who want to experience italian rural lifestyle while stayng in a newly remodeled house with all the comforts we are use to !
The house is for 6 people, a double bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a spare space with a double sofa bed that can become a room by placing a partition.
The kitchen amenities: fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster and a kettle.
Barbecue available in the garden.
