The Villa is located on the east coast of Sri Lanka in trincomalee Nilaveli. Its location is perfect for true beach and sun lovers. On front of the villa there is a private beach for guests to enjoy.

The space
The Beach front villa has two stories. It offers large open living areas, five large air conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, open kitchen/bar and a large relaxing balcony with the perfect view of the ocean.

Guest access
All five bedrooms have king-size beds and one room has a extra single bed all has air conditioning. There are three bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms with a large living area and a open sun bath balcony. Down stairs are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The villa can hold up to maximum of 11 people.

The villa comes with all the standard facilities for example : BBQ and all the kitchen equipment, to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Nilaveli beach front villa is a place where one can get away and achieve total privacy in a tropical paradise setting. The guest has a option to cook their own food in the villa, if guests want food a restaurant is available next to the villa where it can be bought.
