Thanks for the utterly misleading review. Yes you are correct in that we had a syncing issue between different platforms which meant we were unable to host you at this apartment. Upon learning this, I communicated this with you right away and offered you a free night stay whilst you managed to look for a new place. You took us up on this kind act and we met you at the new apartment address and gave you a full tour before asking if you were happy to stay for one night for free.
Upon seeing the new apartment, you decided to stay here for the entirety of your stay because you liked it so much and it was closer to where you needed to be. We serviced the apartment on a weekly basis and remained on hand of your stay, for example when you were locked out at 11:30pm and we were happy to help you get back in.
We love hosting guests from around the world, meeting new people and helping them explore Birmingham. Fortunately, our experience with yourself will not stop us doing that.
