The space
BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms feature a comfortable queen-sized bed in one room and a single bed in the other with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

KITCHEN:
Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:
• Fridge/freezer
• Stovetop
• Microwave
• Oven
• Dishwasher
• Crockery and cutlery

A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room offers a 50" Samsung TV for your entertainment and has access to all channels.

NOTE: To adjust the TV volume, gently nudge or slide the volume button up or down. Pressing the button directly will mute the TV.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

PARKING:
- The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
- There is also paid street parking.
- Additional paid parking garage across the road from the building.

Guest access
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

Your keys are at "23 Lonsdale Street, Braddon" (beside "On Lonsdale Café").

We want guests to enjoy their stay comfortably while also helping us care for the property and respect the neighbours.

This is not a party property. Any breach of the no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any costs for damages.
