Overall enjoyed having Larry over as a guest and would welcome him back for another stay. Larry left the house clean, respected the space and was a pleasure to speak with when we crossed paths.
Did my best to accommodate Larry's needs within what I was willing to offer and as described in the listing. I even asked if there was additional accommodation that would make his stay better. At his request, immediately I moved different furniture to their room to accommodate his wife's condition (higher seat height chairs made her more comfortable) and kept the offer to consider anymore suggestions but none were offered.
I did sense that Larry was unhappy with some of the arrangements of the space and using an internet booking system like Airbnb. Such as limited use of the kitchen and he struggled with the security protocols of check in (Checking in with the app and gaining instructions on how to enter the property as he did not carry a personal computing device such as a smart phone). This seem to have left him partially dissatisfied overall.
As far as my schedule, I work a Monday-Friday professional job. I'm up and out of the house by 7 am each weekday. I did stay out late on Friday and Saturday nights during their stay (I have a side business that I run during evenings) and made all efforts to be quiet when arriving home.
