Please, read the information in the ad.

The space
The house is 100 years old. It was almost a ruin and I arranged myself the remodelling. I've done some jobs myself, like all the walls with bricks, distribution and decoration. Furniture can be new, second hand and fixed or straight from the bin. The house used to be for packaging of tomatoes. Then it became a house where the owner made rugs. Please appreciate the old place where you are staying and all the effort put in this place. This is not a hotel, it's just my house and I am sharing my space with you. If you have hotel expectations, please, do not book here. Thank you :)

Guests can cook in the kitchen with moderation (the oven is not included) and use the living room, terrace and back patio. These are shared areas. Smoking is allowed at the terrace, NOT in the room or at the back patio. The views are very nice and you can see the mountain Dos Hermanos and the sea. You can also listen to the waves from here. I have another room available for guests at the house.

Guests must bear in mind they are inside a private house so they must keep everything clean and tidy at all times. Furniture cannot be moved around, only deck chars and tables at the terrace. Also, do not take anything from the house away, not even temporarily, especially without permission. If you need anything, just ask me and I'll try to help. If you break or damage anything because you didnt respect these rules, I'll ask for compensation. Just show civic responsibility. As it's a house like any other, you may find a spider, one hair and those things I'm sure you also have at your house. If there's a problem in the room, like something broken, let me know cos maybe I am not aware of it.

Washing machine is 2€. I have washing powder. If you stay at least 1 week, you can wash once for free.

Please bear in mind the environment and the limited amount of hot water when you have your shower. Turn the lights you are not using off, like in the room or the stairs. Please respect these rules.

Guest access
Guests can use the living-room, the terrace and the kitchen to cook with moderation (oven not available). They are shared areas. They must be left clean and tidy. NO visitors allowed.

Be respectful and bear in mind you are not the only one in the house. If you're using the kitchen and the living room before 8am or after 23h, remember someone could be sleeping or trying to sleep. It's forbidden to take with you stuff from the house for the day, specially without asking. If you need anything, let me know and I'll help you. If anything is lost or broken because these rules were not respected, I'll ask for compensation.

Laundry is not included. 2€ or 2,5€ with washing powder. If you stay at least one week you can use it once for free.

Other things to note
Also, there are cats in the house. They cannot go into the room and anyway they are usually mine or at the terrace, as only the little one is friendly. I'm allergic myself so I try to keep everything clean. If you don't like animals, you may not feel confortable here. Even though the house is clean and I pay attention to this, you may find hair.

I'm a very dynamic and thoughtful woman. I've lived in different countries and I've traveled a lot on my own. I love reading, writing and learning new things. I enjoy nature, animals (specially my cats), music and dancing. I also like meeting new people from all over the world. But I'm not on Airbnb to date anyone. Three years ago this house was a ruin and I've worked a lot to turn it into what it is today. I love this house so much and I think it's so beautiful that I want people to come in, enjoy it and feel at home. However, I like people who are able to treat it with care and respect. Treat others the way you like to be treated; that applies also to things.

During your stay
Guests can be independent, even if I'm home. I want people to feel home so I respect their privacy a lot. I'm available to chat a bit, but as I work from home, sometimes I am busy working or simply relaxing. I like to know about people's trip and their stay, and I am more than happy to help and offer advice about the area or the island. I speak English and Spanish.
