The space
Welcome to Rushton Cottage in this “new normal” era. Here's information to reassure you your health is a priority.
• There will be 48 hours between bookings for a deep clean.
• Guest and host living spaces are separate, that is, no communal areas.
• You and any travelling partner will be the only guest (s).
• The option to arrive without contact with the host and 24/7 host support will continue.
• Bookings for two guests (known to each other) or one single guest are welcome.

NOTE Breakfast is not provided.

Rushton Cottage's private guest suite is in a 1904 Edwardian cottage with a contemporary farm-house touch. High ceilings, polished floorboards, original doors and bullnose veranda will remond you of a past era.

PETS are welcome by prior arrangement - and must always be in the care of their "person".

Rushton Cottage is ideal for one couple/one single (king bed) or two singles (twin-share). Children are welcome.
The private guest suite has two separate rooms. One is a spacious bedroom with ensuite (shower-over-bath), separate toilet and walk-in wardrobe. The other is a private sitting/dining room.

There's a "guest only" entrance, furnished north facing veranda, off-street parking and a fenced pet-friendly cottage garden.

The suite rooms overlook the traditional cottage garden and the north-facing veranda - an ideal place to wine, dine, soak up the sun and ponder on those ‘wouldn’t it be lovely” plans.

Rushton Cottage is centrally located in a shady tree-lined heritage street. Benalla’s cafes, restaurants, hotels and shops are within walking distance. as are sport and recreation centers, arts and cultural destinations.

Linen and towels are supplied. Heaters, electric blankets, ceiling fans and air-conditioning make every season comfortable.

The combined sitting/dining room two comfy lounge chairs, a smart TV, a “table for two”, side-board with crockery & cutlery, mini fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. To help you relax, the host will collect and clean your dishes daily for you.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and and must always be in the care of their "person".

Guests have a private entrance, sole use of the suite, on-site parking, north facing veranda and fenced front garden.
