The space
Retreat living area is open plan lounge, kitchen & dinning, breakfast bar.
2 bathrooms, each has full facilities. Bath, shower, vanity.
Separate toilet.
2 bedrooms upstairs each have a Queen bed there is room for a folder bed (small children or a cot). NO charge for child in cot.
Downstairs bedroom: has twin beds these can also be made into a Kind Bed on request.
Bedroom 4: also serving as Games room: has 2KS - 2 Single beds
(room for folder bed small children)

Beautiful garden:
BBQ, Webber, facilities.
Outdoor eating area.
Many outdoor games , scooters, volley ball, cricket.
Beautful views, looking over a lake.
Upstairs Balcony with seating area.

Though we have plenty of room for parking, guests are asked to keep to certain areas as we are a working farm.

Other things to note
Heavy Vehicles, boats, cars, trailers etc.
Plenty of room for everybody.
