My experience was Travis was horrible, and tracked perfectly with the mean-spirited verbal diarrhea you see in the review he left for us. He checked-out 3 hrs late (I was trying to contact him the entire time) on a day when we had new guests coming in later that afternoon. He never even hinted at an apology, and instead embarked on a text message harassment campaign complaining about absolutely everything. But, he never contacted me once during his stay with a single issue.
I don’t like to call people a “liar,” but his statement “I travel regularly and use BNB” is simply not true. I am the only host who has reviewed him and he has no other recorded trips with AirBnB.
The property is not adjoined to a warehouse park. There are half a dozen private houses on the river front hundreds of yards away from a commercial area, well out of sight and sound, and protected by many trees and other natural visual screens. We have 3 cleaning personnel on staff who are paid a living wage and take pride in their work. Many others have enjoyed the "muddy mosquito ridden water feature" that Travis errantly describes near the conclusion of his cruel attack on mankind and nature. The river is wide and clear and beautiful, as many other guests have described.
His criticisms are petty nonsense, and on behalf of AirBnB owners and operators worldwide, we encourage him to direct his hate-filled vitriol towards his beloved Motel 6. We wish you safe travels Travis, but please not with any of us.
