Typical Elban country farmhouse with once attached old wine warehouses, recently renovated, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub with wonderful sea view. Large spaces available, garden with fruit trees, public parking along the last stretch of the road. The sea is all around, the view is amazing.

The space
The area is that of Caletta, about 2.5 km from Marciana Marina. You can get there by following the asphalt road that ends in the dirt car park (last 100 metres); from here you walk along a path of about 100 meters to get to the house. On foot, in a few minutes, you can reach the isolated and little-known beaches of Ripa Barata and La Cala (of gravel and stones), walking a little further (about 1.5 hours) you reach the picturesque bay of S. Andrea, one of the most enchanting places on the island.

The house consists of a living room with open kitchen, fireplace, double sofa bed (two single beds), triple bedroom with ensuite bathroom without bidet (the bathroom is in the bedroom). Barbecue area in the garden.

The house is located in a countryside area far from noise and confusion, suitable for nature lovers, walkers and seekers of peace and silence.

House equipped with air conditioning and heating (only in the bedroom).

The accommodation does not have an internet connection and the mobile network coverage is very poor and in any case depends on your operator, therefore it is not suitable for smart working.

The land where the house is located is shared with another house that we rent and, although there is no physical division, privacy is 100% guaranteed by independent accesses and by the many olive trees between the two houses. For this reason, animals are allowed as long as they are kept on a leash.

We strongly advise against this accommodation for elderly people or people with mobility problems due to the bumpy path and the presence of irregular steps in the last stretch.

Bed and bath linen is not included and can be rented for €15 per person, or brought from home at no extra charge.

Small-medium sized dogs are accepted with a supplement of 30 euros for cleaning, provided that they are always kept under control as there is also another house for rent in the same land about 100 meters away (Casa della Caletta).
