The apartment opens directly onto a large swimming pool (exclusive to apartment guests) with ocean and rural views. Located only 2 Klms from the town centre and beach with panoramic views of Bass Straight.

It is positioned directly underneath a large three bedroom house (owners residence with spare rooms that can also be booked) with extensive garden and lawn area for kids to play.

The area is very tranquil and is a haven for many different native birds.

Pets welcome.

The apartment is on a large one acre block with beautiful landscaped gardens and extensive lawn area. Swimming pool is solar heated and set at 27 Degrees in the summer.

I am a retired finance professional formerly of Melbourne and now living in Lakes Entrance. I am a sporty, outdoors kind of person who likes to keep fit and eat healthy, nutritious food. I have a great love of cycling and cycle as much as my schedule allows me. My wife ( Edilma ) and I like to travel and also spend part of our time in our Sth Yarra apartment. My adult children left home several years ago and all lead independent lives.
