The space
Clipswood Park has been in our family for almost 70 years. Our parents built the four bedroom home back in 1950 and operated a fine wool Merino stud on the surrounding property. The land is still used for mixed farming and can offer a Great Aussie experience for overseas visitors. The house is stocked with pantry goodies, a coffee pod machine, quality linen and we even supply firewood for your two fireplaces.
Situated in Morrisons, an old gold area from the 1800s, this homestead is the perfect place to forget about the stresses of modern life, switch off, relax and ‘do nothing’.
Alternatively, if you’re looking for some action, we can recommend the following activities available on the property:
- fishing/yabbying
- wild life viewing
- bike riding
- table tennis
- board games
- reading some of our supplied books
- television (not recommended but available :)
