Cumberland Spa Villa is a modern, 4 star AAA-rated, modern 2-Storey, Spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday house, in a tranquil resort setting, ideal for groups or families seeking a quiet convenient location in the heart of town.
Only 4-Bedroom house licensed for guest accommodation in town, just a 2 minute stroll to shops, restaurants, cafes, and 5 minutes to beaches, golf national park.
It is also the only licensed four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom guest accommodation on Norfolk Island.
The space
Cumberland Resort and Spa (Norfolk Island) has a full time reception and tour desk to assist you with all your travel plans.
The House is located within the popular and conveniently located Cumberland Resort and Spa, so guests have the advantage of access to all resort facilities such as the heated swim spa pool, onsite tour desk, onsite day spa, 7-day reception, etc. plus option of a drastically discounted rental car provided by the resort for your exclusive use
Totally discounted resort rental car including insurance (Until 31 March 2026: from just $59 per day for sedan, and from $79 per day for minivan). From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, car rental fee will increase to $69 per day (sedan) and $89 per day (minivan).
The house has its own laundry with washer and dryer, its own car port, and own garden.
Four Heavenly King beds (can be split into Singles if required) with Egyptian cotton bedding, quality towels, etc.
Foxtel Cable TV with over 57 channels (sports, news, documentaries, etc.), free Wi-Fi, heated swim spa pool, sauna, heated towels rails, gas heaters, electric blankets, leather couches, handmade 10-seater Norfolk Pine Dining Room table. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with spa bath. This is quality accommodation.
