First of all I would like to emphasize on the positive aspect of your comment. I am glad you appreciated the central and well connected location of my place as well as its lively area full of bars, restaurants and shops. In addition, it makes me please a lot that you appreciated my efficient and friendly communication, the fact that I provide the essentials and that my wifi is super fast. These are very good points I will capitalize on in the future. As far as other comments are concerned , please find my answers below: As far as the surface of my place and the light is concerned, photos clearly show that it is a studio. Please also note that there are three windows in total which makes my place very luminous. As far as the flush and the tv are concerned, should you have let me know during your stay, I would have gladly sent someone to fixe them. It's a shame you did not. As fars as heating is concerned, due to a local antipolution law, all centralized heatings are switched off in mid april. There is a sticker "do not touch" and not "do not use" on the termostat: Settings are done for the season and I kindly ask my guests not to touch them to avoid wrong manipulations. In addition, in may, temperatures are usualy mild and heating is not needed. As far as the lift is concerned, it is clearly shown in my house rules that there is not. In the end, I can confirm that nobody entered in the flat during your stay. For security reasons, only my guests and I have a key of my place together with my cleaner who is a 100% trusted person.
